People Bring Their Whole SelvesÂ
Employees bring far more to work than their skills and job responsibilities. They bring their values, experiences, aspirations, emotions, unique perspectives - they bring their whole selves.
Organizations that recognize and support the whole person create conditions where employees can be more engaged, collaborative, innovative, and committed to shared success.Â
Organizational culture influences how employees experience work, connect with others, make decisions, and contribute to success.
When culture is intentionally designed to support people and organizational priorities, it can strengthen employee engagement,
well-being, performance, and long-term organizational success.
Culture Impacts People
Healthy organizational cultures exist when leaders create work environments that support individuals in being their whole selves at work.
Organization culture practices that allow employees to experience meaningful work and the ability to work toward their full potential, as well as advance the mission of the organization, benefit both people and the organization.Â
Our Belief
Thriving People. Thriving Organizations.
Our Approach
We identify the practices, behaviors, and systems that shape everyday employee workplace experiences.Â
Through assessment, culture strategy and design, facilitation, and coaching, we partner with leaders to identify strengths, address gaps, and create organizational cultures that support employees while advancing the organization's mission.Â

Our Foundation
Inside OrgCulture was created from the recognition that organizations often focus on structures, policies, and processes while overlooking the everyday culture practices that shape employees' experiences.
Our research sought to answer a simple but important question:Â What organizational culture practices help employees bring their whole selves to work?
That question became the foundation of the Inside OrgCulture Assessment and continues to guide our work with organizations today.
