Olga J. Blouch, Ph.D.
Founder | Organizational Development Consultant & Coach
Olga Blouch, Ph.D., is an organizational development consultant, researcher, coach, and founder of Inside OrgCulture. She specializes in organizational culture, employee engagement, leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational change.
Her research on the organizational culture practices that enable employees to bring their whole selves to work became the foundation for the Inside OrgCulture Assessment. Olga combines evidence-based practices with more than two decades of experience helping organizations understand challenges, engage stakeholders, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Olga brings a collaborative, human-centered approach to her work, recognizing that meaningful organizational change begins with understanding the experiences and perspectives of the people within the organization. She partners with leaders, employees, and stakeholders to build trust, uncover what matters most, and translate insight into practical strategies that support both people and organizational goals.

Nicole Hurlbutt, Ph.D. is an organizational development consultant, researcher, and educator with expertise in employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational structure and design.
Drawing from both research and applied experience, Nicole partners with leaders and organizations to identify what is working well, uncover opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies that better align people, processes, and organizational goals. Her work is grounded in the belief that people are most effective when they understand and leverage their strengths and when organizational systems create the conditions for their development and success.
Nicole brings a thoughtful, analytical, and systems-oriented approach to her work, while recognizing the importance of the people who experience organizational systems every day. She works collaboratively with clients to create clarity, strengthen leadership capacity, and develop practical approaches that support meaningful and sustainable organizational change.
